1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TMOAD (tmoad.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TMOAD provides an AI-powered writing assistant that helps users improve their writing in real time. Features include grammar checking, style suggestions, CV optimization, AI-powered writing assistance, and writing analytics.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, yearly, or one-time (lifetime) basis
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period
• Yearly and lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details

5. AI Features & Content

• AI-generated suggestions are provided "as-is" and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all output before use
• You retain full ownership of all content you create using TMOAD
• We do not use your documents or writing to train AI models without your explicit consent
• AI features are subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the service
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Exceed reasonable usage limits as determined by fair use policies

7. Limitation of Liability

TMOAD is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with notice. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany.
